MY LEG FEELS LIKE IT'S GONNA CRAMP! there's like a warmth in my muscles and bones, under my skin. i'm scared it will cramp. I HATE LEG CRAMPS. it hurts a lot and the pain is agonizing. :/




cross country was boring. i was doing duty and i had to walk to my check point via the running route and stand there for 2.5 hours? then walk back to the first aid post along the running route. so, it means that even though we LOOKED like we were slacking by standing there, we were NOT. it was awfully tiring.



after that, headed to KBOX. and my conclusion is, it is DIFFICULT singing english songs. e.g complicated. so, ended up singing all chinese songs with annabel, huibing and wantian and occcasionally jingyi. was supposed to have a duet with miss claudia but then some how or other the song disappeared and we forgot all about it until later after we left. sam had to leave halfway due to choir though. D; in the end we were all VERY high. ;D



I WANT A KARAOKE SET AT HOME! ;D
