i made TIRAMISU today!
it's chilling in the fridge now...
I DONT KNOW HOW IT WILL TURN OUT!

was supposed to beat the egg white till it is SOLID.
i over beat it and suddenly, IT COLLAPSED.
turning back to liquid.
so ARGH ARGH ARGH!


took another 5 egg whites to beat.
GOSH.
such a waste of eggs!



&nyway, my guinea pigs for trying the tiramisu will be wantian and reuben.

will be daddy.
MUAHAHA.





TODAY ATE SAKAE SUSHI with daddy for lunch.

which is kinda stupid.
